Property Liaisons was started by Chris Hawkins, Lisa Goobey and Jane Wells from a small office in Canary Wharf in 1993. The company's aim was to meet the rising demand for property created by the regeneration of the Docklands area. Since the mid-nineties Property Liaisons has grown from a company of three to company of over thirty individuals. We are an established Docklands agent both north and south of the Thames with branches in Wapping, Surrey Quays and a forthcoming branch in Greenwich. Our sister company London Lofts, now headed by Chris Hawkins, sources, designs and develops building projects ranging from luxury conversions to prestige commercial and residential skyscrapers.
